Seafood and White Wine Pasta

We had plenty of salmon and prawns left over from sushi night at mums, so the next day we utilised the leftovers.

Chop a clove of garlic into a pan with a little oil and fry for a few seconds. Add a splash of white wine and bubble for a minute or two. Add half a tub of cream and a good pinch of black pepper. Add your pieces of salmon and prawns and continue to simmer for 3-4mins. Add some cooked pasta (gluten-free is best!) and mix round. Chuck in some chopped chives. Done!
