This is becoming somewhat of a regular occurence in our home. Kieran really loves making his own pizza dough from scratch and we’ve found that both the regular and the gluten free pizza dough freeze really well, so you only need to take a ball of each out of the freezer in the morning and when you get home from work, you just put your toppings on and oven bake at 200c for 15 mins for a perfect homemade pizza.
My pizza topping is always the same recently – mozzerella, chicken and coriander. I also had a few grapes and a sprinkle of chilli flakes on this one. Seriously, try it. I had it at a pizza parlour a few years ago (it was a chilli beef pizza with coriander and grapes) and it was delicious. I love the combination of the coriander and the grapes.
