Paul Hollywood’s Brioche Rolls

I was making burgers – and as we all know, a burger is not a burger nowadays unless it’s served in a brioche roll. These turned out perfectly. They’re light, airy and big enough to house a big, fat patty with all the trimmings.

You could also take the base recipe for these and add some chocolate chips. However, I wouldn’t suggest you make a burger with them, though an ice cream sandwich would be perfect!

Recipe not included on this post as it’s not available online – however, I heartily recommend that you pick up a copy of Stacie Bakes. It’s written by ex-Masterchef contestant, Stacie Stewart, who has an emphasis on retro, mod style and is full of great recipes including this one!

If you’re looking for a good brioche recipe online, I’ve heard this one by Paul Hollywood (of Great British Bake Off fame) is fab!
