4 ingredient nutella oat cookies

These are potentially the world’s easiest cookies to make and are very tasty. All you need to do is stir a few ingredients together and then bake.

You can also substitute out the Nutella for another flavoured spread, or add other things into the cookie mix. These would be perfect with some added chocolate chips or nuts.

Servings 10

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Nutella
  • 1 extra large egg
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup quick cooking oats

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F/180C. Line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper or Silpat mat. Add all ingredients into a large bowl and stir with a large wooden spoon until everything is thoroughly mixed. Make small round balls, about 1 1/2 inch in diameter (you should have enough to form 10 cookies).
  • Place dough balls on baking sheet, about 2 inches apart. Bake for about 10 minutes. Cookies will still be soft, but they will firm up once they cool. Let cookies cool on the cookie sheet until they are set and firm.
