I bought this book specifically for this recipe, so it was the first thing I made and the recipe I’ve made the most often. The brownie is soft and the cornflakes are sweet and crunchy. Perfection.

Banana and walnut blondies

If you’re sick of banana bread, this is a fab way to use up some bananas. I often think that blondies are too sweet, but these had a really nice balance.
